A 23-year-old unemployed man has been charged with theft after more than £9,600 worth of gems were stolen from a Reigate store.
Timothy Hewett, of Warwick Close, Holmwood, will appear at South East Surrey Magistrates Court on Friday, 26 February, charged with theft and also theft of a motor vehicle.

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council has signed up to the national ‘10:10‘ campaign, making a public commitment to try to reduce its carbon emissions by 10 per cent during 2010.
